For one day each year Maxstoke Castle opens to support local fundraising efforts that share our values both at home and in our community.
This year we celebrated 50 consecutive years of supporting the National Garden Scheme. We also raised money for a restoration project to our south wall.
We are continually humbled by people’s generosity of spirit in wanting to get behind this lovely and ever popular event. We had 65 event volunteers this year, without whom the event simply wouldn’t be possible.
